ORDER
♡ i've filled up the order form. will you be sending me an order confirmation?
— yes. the order confirmation will be sent through email. the email will include important links, including the payment methods and payment form.♡ how long does fast eta usually take?
— 2 to 7 days after dispatch from south korea, if no delays.♡ will i be compensated if my order arrives later than its estimated arrival?
— no. as much as we want to, please do know that it is beyond our control if the box gets delayed. however, we will follow-up frequently so the box gets delivered as soon as possible.♡ i ordered a limited edition merchandise and i'm afraid it might go out of stock but i can only pay on the day of the deadline. will you be securing my order in advance?
— no. as much as we want to, we will only secure paid orders. if you want us to secure your order, pay at least 50% of the item price and settle the remaining by the deadline of payment.♡ can i cancel my order after submitting the order form?
— strictly no cancellations or you will be tagged as a bogus buyer. however, if you really feel the need to cancel due to an emergency situation, please pay 300 php.♡ can you open a group order for [specific group order]?
— yes. however, group order will only push through once we've received at least 3 orders.♡ will you be buying extras for [specific group order]?
— no. make sure to place your order on or before the deadline so you won't regret it later on! but if the item is still in stock, we can still accept orders.PAYMENT
♡ how much is the estimated isf?
— it will be computed upon checkout as it depends on the number of buyers to divide the fees with and actual weight & dimensions of the item, but for albums, it is usually around 250-550 php.♡ if i buy multiple items, do i only pay for one isf?
— no. isf is computed per item to ensure fairness among buyers.♡ i've sent my payment and filled up the payment form. will you be sending me a payment confirmation?
— no. you may check the masterlist to see if your payment has been recorded. we usually note payments within 24 hours.♡ what are your modes of payment?
— gcash and bpi.♡ when can i settle the second payment?
— we will be encoding the isf in the masterlist as soon as we've secured your orders. in addition, we will be sending the second payment fee through email once your order has arrived at our ph address.♡ the deadline of payment slipped my mind. can i still pay for my order?
— yes. just make sure to add 50 php per day late, per order.SHIPMENT
♡ what international courier do you use?
— mainly, dhl express. for other sites than aladin, we will choose the fastest option.♡ what local courier do you use?
— mainly, j&t express. we can also ship via lbc express (cod/cop) upon request but the rates are more expensive than j&t express.♡ is it possible to modify my order and/or shipping details after submitting the order form?
— yes. please send us a dm on twitter or reply to the order confirmation email we've sent with the changes.♡ is it possible to ship my two (or more) orders together to save on shipping fee?
— yes. however, if the etas are too far apart, we advise you to ship them separately so you can enjoy the pleasure of opting for fast eta.♡ when is your shipping schedule?
— we book pick-ups every weekends only. however, if we have errands to run during weekdays, we can stop by the branch to ship it.♡ is shopee checkout available?
— no. we have been seeing numerous reports regarding missing, undelivered, and opened parcels if checking out via shopee.♡ will you be notifying me once my order has been shipped out?
— no. we will be tweeting once we have scheduled a pick-up. the tracking numbers can be found on the masterlist's shipment list sheet.

terms and conditions

1. strictly no cancellations! once you have submitted an order form, you may no longer cancel. If cancellation is really needed, you must pay the cancellation fee of 300 php.2. we accept minors as our buyers, but make sure to ask permission from your parent(s) or guardian(s) first before placing an order so as to avoid problems arising in the future.3. even though batches are on a fast eta option, delays are inevitable especially during holidays and because of the quarantine restrictions. eta or estimated time of arrival are only "estimations" and not guaranteed, however, we will make sure to offer the fastest options possible.4. only order from us if you are willing to pay for the additional fees (international shipping fee and tax from the bureau of customs [if applicable]). otherwise, we suggest you buy from other shops who offer normal eta group orders.5. all payments, once sent to our accounts, are non-refundable at all circumstances, except if item is sold out.6. in case of out of stock items upon checkout, full refunds shall be given through any of our available modes of payment. convenience fees shall be deducted from the refundable amount.7. deadlines are set for them to be met, please pay on or before the given the deadlines. a penalty of 50 php, per day late, shall be applied. you will be tagged as a bogus buyer and posted on our account if you fail to pay within 3 working days.8. production defects (ex. torn pages, missing inclusions, and the like) and dents due to international and local shipping are out of our control already but we may file a complaint for you if you'd like. return and exchange to supplier is not available, unless you're willing to pay for all the additional fees.9. we shall not be held liable when supplier or fansite is unreachable or missing in action. we'll try our best to contact them, if ever it happens, but we cannot refund your orders unless the supplier/fansite refunds them.10. unpaid fees after 4 weeks upon arrival shall be forfeited. buyer may only claim it if it has not been sold yet, but a penalty of 50% of the fees shall be applied.lastly, the admins are humans too, we might make mistakes along the way but please treat us with respect. however, we'd love and appreciate to hear your feedbacks through tweets or dm. thank you so much! ♡
